1. Report Wildlife Violations: If you witness any illegal activities related to wildlife, such as poaching, illegal hunting, fishing, or trapping, report it immediately to the LDWF Enforcement Division. You can make a confidential and anonymous report by calling the toll-free hotline, submitting an online form, or using the mobile app.
2. Provide Important Details: When reporting an incident, remember to provide as many relevant details as possible, including the location, date, time, description of individuals or vehicles involved, and any supporting evidence or photographs you may have. Every piece of information helps in the investigation.
3. Your Anonymity is Protected: Rest assured that your identity will remain completely confidential. LOGT respects the importance of your privacy and values your participation in safeguarding Louisiana's natural resources. Not even the Enforcement Agent will know your identity if you wish to keep it confidential.
